Subject : Merger of ISO 9001/14001/HACCP certification scheme with ZED Certification Scheme.

As per the instructions received from O/o. DC(MSME) New Delhi vide their letter No. 41(1)/Pol/ISO/2016 dtd 28.06.2016, it is being informed that the ISO 9000/14001/HACCP certification scheme has been merged with ZED Certification scheme and applications received for reimbursement under the ISO Scheme till 30.06.2016 will be processed. Applications received after 01st July, 2016 will automatically stand rejected. The applicants who have been informed to attend the deficiencies in their application are requested to submit necessary papers as informed on or before 15th July, 2016. Thereafter, their applications will stand rejected.

Subject :      Reimbursement Cases of ISO 9001 / Barcode / Product Certification /  International Trade Fair Participation Subsidy etc.

This is to bring to the notice of applicants submitting applications for reimbursement under ISO 9001:2008 Scheme, Product Certifications, Bar Code etc that:
1. The current financial year will close on 31st March 2015. In the month of March, it is very difficult to process very large number of applications due to various constraints. We shall not be able to process the applications received after 20th March 2015.


2. The discrepancies should be removed immediately and CPSMS registrations may be completed before 20th March, 2015. For CPSMS Registrations please visit : http://pfms.nic.in/Users/LoginDetails/Login.aspx?ReturnUrl=%2f.

3. Please also refer to our trailing notice dated 30.01.2014 for compliance of other points.

Subject :      Reimbursement Cases of ISO 9001 / Barcode / Product Certification /  International Trade Fair Participation Subsidy etc.

This is to inform all applicants that in some cases due to technical error the payment has not been released in the Financial Year 2013-14. Since, the cases were forwarded to Pay & Accounts Office, the status on the website is indicated as "Payment Processed / Sent for Payment".

Please note that such cases will be processed in the financial year 2014-15 as soon as allotment of funds is received. The Inconvenience caused is regretted.

This is to bring to the notice of applicants submitting applications for reimbursement under ISO 9001:2008 Scheme, Product Certifications, Bar Code etc that:
1. The current financial year will close on 31st March 2014. In the month of March, it is very difficult to process very large number of applications due to various constraints. Hence, fresh applications may be submitted on or before 10th February, 2014. It might not be possible to process applications received after 10th February 2014.
The above instructions are also applicable to those applicants who have submitted their applications and have been advised to remove discrepancies.
2. The Chartered Accounts are advised to verify the invoices/receipts submitted by the applicants and ensure that receipts and invoices are from the original certification body. It may kindly be noted that payment made directly to the certification body is eligible for calculation of reimbursement amount. Please visit http://www.dcmsme.gov.in/schemes/sciso9000.htm in the context of ISO Reimbursement Scheme. The applications will be rejected if invoices/receipts are found other than the certification body and no correspondence will be entertained. The applicant units are also advised to take necessary care in this respect.
3. The Consultants / Representatives, if wish to clarify any doubt in person, should bring an authorization letter from the applicant unit and should carry valid photo identity card.
4. Before submission of applications, please ensure compliances as per the respective check list. The applications can be sent by post. Any query can be attended/submission of document can be done by post. However, for postal delays, this institute is not responsible.
5. Please do not forget to write subject on your letter for tracing the case.
6. As far as possible, please avoid personal visits / intensive persuasion. We are displaying status of applications on website at www.msmedimumbai.gov.in. We are in the process of improving display system and frequency of update. However, you can point out clerical / typing mistakes / inadvertent omissions, which are subject to correction.
7. In the cases where the applications are declined, the reasons are informed in writing. If you do not receive letter in reasonable time (say in about 15 days from date of display of status), you can contact office for copy of letter.

This is to inform to the Entrepreneurs who have submitted their cases for Reimbursement under ISO 9000 Scheme that:

1) It has come to the notice of this Office that some entrepreneurs have obtained ISO 9001:2000 from Certification body and submitted receipts / invoices from other agency. Under such circumstances, it has become essential for us to verify whether the receipts / invoices are issued with the consent of the certification body and the amount charged to the entrepreneurs is as per the norms.

2) The replies from the certification body are awaited. The matter is under correspondence with the Certification Body / Quality Council of India.

3) Some of the letters issued to the parties have come back from post office with remark “address does not exists / not known”. Those entrepreneurs who have shifted / changed the address are requested to submit applications for amendment of address along with the documentary proof of the new address.

Due to aforesaid reasons, some cases are getting delayed. It is requested to kindly submit correct documents to expedite reimbursement cases.
